Lovely room but they hadn’t completed the work. Staff were amazing and the food in the attached cafe was phenomenal and I mean that wholeheartedly.

The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Rustic style.

Great location! Close to excellent coffee shops and restaurants like Onda Cafe, Ixum, Wani and local shops! I really enjoyed Clau and Nicole’s yoga classes and America’s sound baths! Chamana a jungle like cafe is next door with excellent coffee, tea and juice options. If you stay at Pachamaya you can pay 250$ for a set breakfast. Chakramaya is their holistic spa. They provide massages, acupuncture, cupping, facials and other alternative therapies like bio magnetism.

The hotel is safe and clean. The room was very huge, I liked the big bed and the nice view from my window. The pool was quiet just as the hotel was, it’s amazing for chilling and resting your mind after a stressful period. The staf is very nice and friendly. They propose many courses ( yoga / pilates ), I unfortunately had no time to try it but this is a great idea !

Location was nice, everything was close and plenty of good restaurants etc around. Room was spacious and our favorite thing was the pool area. We also loved taking the morning yoga class.

- Really liked the outdoor pool and relaxation areas. - staff were incredible very friendly and very patient helping me with my Spanish(they spoke amazing English also) - central location to most of downtown Cancun - house keeping team was also incredible and very attentive to all our needs.

This is a little calm oasis, tucked away from the street with a small pool and cafe which we particularly liked. There are various Yoga, Pilates and other classes running at different times during the week. There are a selection of local restaurants nearby which were great. The wider area is pretty busy with roads running to the port, resorts and downtown. The staff are exceptionally helpful and we wished we had stayed longer.

We stayed here at the end of our 2 week trip for just one night but it was an extremely good option for us before catching our flight the next morning. The room had everything we needed and the staff were exceptionally friendly - even letting us use the facilities when we had a late flight the day of our check out. The location of the hotel is also very close to the bus station if you are arriving via the ADO bus.

What a beautiful stay we had as a couple! We cannot understand how the rating on Google could be so bad (4,0), must be fake reviews without any explanations. For very good price we had the chance to stay at a beautiful hotel. The food was fabulous and healthy, the coworkers were super friendly and helpful at all times. Our sleeping room was big, clean and very cool. We had a beautiful time and we deeply thank the staff of this hotel for making our stay so beautiful. 🙏🏻
